1. About This Program
Guilgal Academy operates a text messaging (SMS) program for families, prospective families, and applicants who ask to receive updates from us. These SMS Terms and Conditions govern your participation in that program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.
2. Types of Messages You Will Receive
Guilgal Academy sends the following kinds of messages:
- Enrollment and registration updates, including openings and waitlist status
- Tour scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- VPK and program information you requested
- Tuition, billing, and account notifications
- Schedule changes, closures, and important academy announcements
- Responses to questions you send us
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not send messages on behalf of other companies.
3. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Guilgal Academy by:
- Checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, such as our registration, tuition, or contact forms, and providing your mobile number
- Providing your mobile number and written consent in person or on a paper enrollment form
- Texting us first at the number we publish
Consent is not a condition of enrollment or of purchasing any service. You may enroll your child, request information, and receive full service from Guilgal Academy without agreeing to receive text messages.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You can expect approximately 2 to 6 messages per month, depending on where you are in the enrollment process and what you have asked us about. During enrollment periods or in the event of an urgent closure, you may receive additional messages.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Guilgal Academy does not charge for these text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data charges will apply according to your plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also reply with END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT.
After you send one of these messages, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as described in Section 3.

If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, and you will receive a reply with our contact information.

8. Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Guilgal Academy. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including your device, your coverage, and your carrier.
9. Privacy and Your Mobile Information
We respect your privacy and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging service provider, is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver the messages you asked for. All other use, sharing, or sale of mobile opt-in data is prohibited.
10. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and the account holder of, or have authority over, the mobile number you provide in order to opt in to this program.
11. Changes to These Terms
Guilgal Academy may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued participation in the messaging program after a change means you accept the updated terms.
