🧡 Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Support cognitive, emotional, physical & social development
Maintain positive communication with families
Supervise children during classroom, playground, meals & transitions
Observe and document developmental progress
Follow all Florida childcare licensing regulations

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with young children preferred
CDA, FCCPC, Associate’s/Bachelor’s, or equivalent a plus
Ability to pass a Level II Background Screening
CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable transportation
A genuine passion for working with children
