Guilgal Academy is excited to build a passionate team of educators as we prepare for our Grand Opening in August 2026.

We are currently hiring nurturing, energetic, and dependable Early Childhood Teachers to work with children ages 6 months through Pre-K (VPK).

Available Teaching Positions

Infant Teacher (6-12 Months)
Toddler Teacher (1-2 Years)
Two-Year-Old Teacher
Preschool Teacher (3 Years)
VPK / Pre-K Teacher (4 Years)
Floater Teacher
Substitute Teacher

Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment.
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
Support children’s cognitive, emotional, physical, and social development.
Maintain positive communication with families.
Supervise children during classroom, playground, meals, and transitions.
Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
Observe and document developmental progress.
Promote positive behavior using appropriate guidance techniques.
Follow all Florida childcare licensing regulations.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership.
Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with young children preferred.
CDA, FCCPC, Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent early childhood education credentials are a plus.
Ability to pass Level II Background Screening.
CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation.
Genuine passion for working with children.
